All wedding gown purchases made through Coco Bridal LLC (“Coco Bridal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are considered final sale. Due to the bespoke and intimate nature of bridalwear, we do not permit returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Purchases
All sales of bridal gowns and formalwear are final. Once a gown is ordered or purchased, the transaction is binding and non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of subsequent changes to personal circumstances, event status, or client satisfaction with the selected product, fit, or style.

No Rentals or Dry Cleaning Services Provided
Coco Bridal does not provide rental services or post-sale garment care services, including but not limited to dry cleaning or steaming. All garments are sold as new, final goods. The client assumes full responsibility for care, storage, and maintenance of the gown upon receipt or pickup.

Measurement and Fit Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for providing accurate sizing and measurement information at the time of purchase or fitting. Coco Bridal shall not be held liable for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete measurements provided or approved by the client, including but not limited to sizing concerns, required alterations, or fit discrepancies.

Alterations Not Included
Alteration services are not included in the purchase price of any gown or accessory. Any alterations are the responsibility of the client and may be pursued independently with a qualified alterations provider of their choosing. Coco Bridal may, at its discretion, offer recommendations for third-party alteration professionals but assumes no liability for their services.

Inspection Upon Delivery or Pickup
All gowns are subject to quality control and inspection prior to delivery or in-store pickup. Clients are encouraged to inspect the garment at the time of receipt. Claims related to damage or defects must be made immediately and prior to the garment leaving the premises. After the gown has been released to the client or their designee, Coco Bridal is no longer responsible for its condition.

This Final Sale Policy is legally binding and forms part of the Terms of Sale agreed upon at the time of purchase. By proceeding with the order, you expressly acknowledge and accept the terms outlined above.
